Meet the Team!
Tom has worked at Cornmarket Delicatessen since we opened in 2016. Originally a carpenter by trade Tom lent us his skills and built a lot of the framework used in store to hold the produce we stock. Currently working full time with us he is knowledgable about all things green and zero-waste and more than happy to share tips and tricks with customers. Come on down to ask Tom anything you want to know!
Carol has a passion for reducing packaging as well as food waste and loves to help customers do the same. She has a degree in nutrition and can answer all your health food related questions. Cornmarket Delicatessen wouldn't be the same without her!
Lara works behind the counter serving our customers locally sourced teas, coffees and delicious sweet and savoury products. If you'd like to sample one of our loose leaf teas just ask and Lara can help.
